Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because every item at C.O. Krafty Printing Creationz is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Defects & Misprints If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
